The first two Arnprior Rotary Bicycle Repair Stations were installed in Arnprior in 2021 when COVID -19 restrictions loomed large and Arnprior Rotary sought to encourage the use of the Millennium Trails project we gave the town in 2000. We strove to encourage improve physical and mental health of our neighbors. They were installed at the Madawaska Bridge and on the Algonquin Trail.
In 2024 Arnprior Rotary added an additional station at the McNab-Braeside Townhall - Murray Yantha Community Hall to enhance the previous environmental tree planting project we successfully completed there and encourage residents to use the adjacent recreational trails.
